Dealing with the pressures, strains, anxieties and challenges of today’s world creates problems for a lot of us.
Recognising when you need to do something to balance and improve your life is a skill and requires a degree of self-awareness and courage and I have utmost respect for anyone who seeks help. It is nothing to be ashamed of and does not make you weak and shows you are taking responsibility for your life and this is where I can help.
I offer a range of talking therapies that help with various emotional, mental and lifestyle issues and can provide the appropriate approach for the challenges you are facing.
My primary therapies can be thought of as Counselling and Coaching but in reality most people need a little of both to help them through their immediate life challenges.
I tailor my approach to suit you and your personality and needs, and I pride myself on treating you as a unique individual, and finding a way to work that will suit you.
Your weekly sessions will be completely confidential and I work with ages16+, taking on both short and long-term work.
